We are a union of like- minded tenants in Ghana with a mission to promote the interests of Residential and Commercial Tenants, through information dissemination, Education for tenants rights, and advocating for Pro- Tenants' housing policies by Government and its agencies
AIMS / OBJECTS
- To promote the common interest, and rights of all the tenants and leaseholders living in commercial Rental apartments in Ghana, regardless of Nationality, Age, Sex, Religion or Political beliefs.
- To unite all tenants in Ghana, under one umbrella to fight for a common course and assists them in resolving Landlord/ Tenants disagreements
- To offer Pro-Bono Legal Aid services to Tenants who are unlawfully evicted from their homes
- To advocate for Rent laws that will serve the interest of tenants in Ghana
- To provide a National Residential agency services to offer tenants appropriate and affordable rental homes that suit all incomes
- To assist tenants, both Residential and commercial to acquire skills in writing tenancy agreements through capacity buildings,workshops and institutional trainings
- To lobby and advocate for government social housing policies in our rent laws to meet the needs of tenants in Ghana irrespective of income levels
- To educate, inform and provide legal information about the Rent Laws and Landlords / Tenants obligations under the Rent Laws of Ghana
- To invest and enter into partner with National Housing and International agencies,Associations, and Companies who are interested in promoting Social Housing projects in and to provide choices and affordable homes for all Tenants in Ghana
